Integration Details
The ITSM Sync Bridge integrates all ADP applications with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, Freshservice, Ivanti, Jira, ZenDesk, and others for automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and synchronizing of users based on employee data in ADP GlobalView. Additionally, the ITSM Sync Bridge can support the creation, update, and closing of ITSM tickets for onboarding and offboarding tasks that cannot be automated and require manual interventions.

As new employees are added or removed in ADP, the ITSM sync bridge triggers workflows to provision or deprovision access to the ITSM platforms you choose like ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, Ivanti, ZenDesk, and others to execute remaining onboarding and offboarding ticketing processes.
